Whole Lot of Hello Kitty!

It seems to be the month of the Hello Kitty. The cookies I made to be shipped off to a special little girl who moved away. The cake and cupcake topper cookies were for a birthday party of my girlfriend's daughter. There are even more to come in April! But Hello Kitty is so darn cute, it's so much fun to create her!

Dr Seuss Baby Shower

I made these Dr Seuss Cookies and Cake for a baby shower my friend Alissa was hosting. The cookies are extra large to be given as prizes for the shower games. The cake I had done before, just added some different details to the sides. The shower was adorable down to every last detail. So creative!

A Cowgirl Turns 1

I spent many nights working on these figurines and cupcake toppers for a 1st birthday party for Laurie Davis of http://www.circlethedate.org/ This time the order was for her, her little Maddy is turning 1, and she is putting on what I am sure is to be the event of the year! I made Laurie's wedding cake a few years ago, so it felt good that I had a part in making her daughter's first birthday cake!

I made all the animals and barn out of fondant to be placed on the cake. The cookies were iced and then adorned with fondant details to be placed on plain cupcakes.
